isoplus flexible piping systems are longitudinal waterproof connection systems that are ideally suited for connections to buildings, expansions to networks, bypassing obstacles and also for the set-up of complete low temperature networks with small nominal diameters. The low minimum-bending radius of the systems enables a direct route of installation to always be selected. Due to the large supply lengths, the construction operation can be reduced to a minimum. Installation is carried out quickly and effectively, pipe trenches can be dug extremely narrowly, and construction costs are reduced. Flexible isoplus piping systems are thus a technically economical, ecological and efficient method of installation.

As with all isoplus piping systems, our flexible systems are insulated with well-proven PUR foam. This is a high-quality insulation material with a very high level of insulation. In addition, all flexible isoplus piping systems contain a diffusion barrier, which in turn prevents degeneration of the PUR foam and accordingly guarantees consistently good insulation properties over the course of the entire service life of the system.

Our casing pipes for all isoplus flexible pipes are made from tried and tested PELD with a smooth surface. This serves to protect the insulation material and is to a high degree resistant to weather conditions and UV rays, as well as being resistant to chemically contaminated soil. Due to continuous production, a longitudinal waterproof pipe connection system is ultimately created from the individual components.
