Polyurethane-hard foam consists of two components: Polyol and Isocyanat. As blowing agent environmental friendly C-Pentane will be used, whose characteristics will neither impair the ozonosphere nor will increase the greenhouse effect. In the factory Polyurethane-hard foam (or PUR) will be manufactured by use of high sophisticated high pressure equipment.

Because of an exothermal chemical reaction a high-quality insulation material comes into being with excellent insulation chracteristics and a low specific gravity. PUR foam is reaching a high pressure resistance at thermal load as well as a long lifetime.
